Can a person or couple still take off walking and then camp 50 metters from hightide? (Like it used to be)
@TheDufresnes

It's actually illegal to camp in non dedicated camp areas in Costa Rica. There are still camp areas close to the water tho.

No, haven't done that, would also not be good to film with a gopro due to low light and gopros having a small sensor which doesn't do well in low light scenarios.

@TheDufresnes would ALSO not be a good idea or very safe to swim at night! 😅

@@shaynadufresne when there's no moon the fish swim out deeper-sharks follow the fish. @Dufresnes I swam every no moon on laplaya Grandi (east of Montezuma 7 beaches) and it was amazing. The bio luminous algae is very abundant there. Particularly at low tide it collects on the rocks on the entry end of the beach and you can pick it up and it glitters all down your body. Truly amazing.

Please could you advise of public transport such as bus from san jose airport to this area - id love to stay around the Corozalito area or nearby... many thanks! could you name the bus company that can take me there, my plane arrives at 4pm... thanks so much @thedufresnes
@TheDufresnes

No sorry. We don't take the bus. It's easy enough for you to research that info for yourself online. We do know one thing though and that is there are no busses that go to Corizalito. It's not a main area. So you'll have to figure out a way to get there from one of the main drop off stops.
