Man, that’s a cool design. Impressive and Great work! Why the egg shaped coils? Something for high torque? How low of rpm gets power output?

Thank you, the egg shaped coils are to maximize the amount of coils that can be fit. The only part of the coil that produces power from the magnet is the two parallel strait parts of the coil. That’s why it’s very important for the magnet to fit into the centre of the coil .I have this stator mounted on the wind turbine now and I see 120 v ac at 60 rpms from just one phase.I’ll have a video coming out soon of that test. Hugh pigot designed this type of wind turbine in the 70s I think. This is just a powerful high voltage version. Thanks for watching!

Beautiful and wonderful work, thank you very much. If possible I would like to know the diameter of the copper wire used. Also the length and width of the inner triangle of the coil

Hi bud thank you for such a nice company! The inside of the coils are a bit bigger than the size of the magnets its very important that the magnets can fit inside the coils. The magnets i used are 2 inches long and 1 inche wide.

Thanks for your, but I have a question, what is the maximum thickness of the coil can be? If I had a magnet 50x25x10, Thank you.

You should be able to make them between 12-19 mm thick without any problems.

thank you in advance My question: I made a generator of 15 coils, each coil has 100 turns, and the wire diameter is 1.6mm. And when charging the batteries there is a high resistance to rotation of the alternator, so I don't get more than 2 amps just because of the difficulty of rotation. What is the solution in your opinion? Did you reduce the wire diameter? Sometimes I see some people use four or five wires at the same time with a small diameter. What is the best solution to overcome this problem?

It doesn't matter, just be sure they are all the same direction that you choose to use. This video will show you step-by-step on how to wire the coils together. If you watch closely you can see the start and end of each coil and the proper way to connect them together.
