Great video buddy. Finally caught up. I am thinking of starting KZitem too. I bought a run-down semi-detached here in South Wales, and I needed a personal loan to buy it as it wasn't mortgageable. I work a normal job (shift manager at retail/hospitality company) and decided to live in squalor for several years to pay the loan off ASAP. I've saved and saved since mortgage-free, and now have the money to do the work, but family/friends all these people with no vision are shouting me down, saying oh just get builders, etc. you've got the money, get your house done, no need to live like this, but they don't understand I want to do it myself, and want to keep saving alongside it for investment in the future! Thinking of explaining my journey on a KZitem channel. Very inspirational mate, and can't wait to see more vids! (I'll have to go back and watch your others pre-tiny house now)

Your outlook on life is brilliant. You are extremely wise for your age and very grounded. It really struck a chord with me. In essence … think what makes you happy, now how much do you want that? Keep doing your thing bud you’re an inspiration to even older People like myself. You remind me there’s no time like today 👊🏼

I've been literally binge watching all your videos this afternoon and wow, not only brilliant in where you've worked so hard to get to this stage in your life and the London Terrace house renovation absolutely amazing, but a breath of fresh air too. You are 100% right, anyone can be anything they want to be but it does take hard work.....Please continue your inspirational ways for other young ones to know they too can do it! People like yourself create inspiration and entrepreneurs in others

Completely random that your channel came up on my suggested videos but I'm so glad it did. I started a LTD company of my own earlier this year with my brother and people took the piss but videos like this just fuel the fire that I've made the right decision to have a crack at it. Keep doing what you're doing lad, get after it.

Bro, that’s the motivation I needed. I’m so aware of the exchange of my time for money, and it drives me insane! Everyone around me seems content with working for someone till retirement and living an average life but my ambition actually hurts my chest. This video is what I needed to watch right at this moment in time. Thanks mate 👏🏻

Mate. Firstly thanks for taking the time to comment that. Exactly why I made the video! The part about your chest hurting I resonate so much. Its a mixture of fear and excitement all in one. Keep working towards whatever you are up to mate. Little and often, promise you its possible and the payoff is better than you can imagine

Hi Chris I don’t know you personally but recently discovered your lovely channel and from your videos can see that you’re a hardworking, driven and ambitious young man. However I honestly think that you should look after your health and nutrition. Eating only one meal a day and drinking coffee the rest of the time is genuinely bad for your health. You will be fine now but will suffer the consequences when you’re older. I think you’re really great so want you to maximize your health as that’s one of biggest investments you should make other than your dream cars 😊 no point having all this money and not being able to enjoy it if you fall ill, just my opinion!

The part about life being to comfortable to care to change it is very true for me I wish I cared more but I don’t really give a fuck I have a really cool job from the outside but it’s backbreaking and tbh I don’t really give 2 shots about electronics I know I should be pushing my social skills to there limit and getting into something to do with music though I don’t play instruments the feeling I get from music is unparalleled by anything else in life Pottery throwing is cool too I’m looking to move out soon to a cheaper place, get driving, improve my social circle, do less bullshit at work that ruins me for the rest of the day and start working towards something I’m 30 fucking years old and it’s time to do something about it 10 years solid work takes me to 40 and that is plenty of time to live it out with decent money in Japan somewhere

Great video, I have the same mindset as you! I'm still working a 9-5 that I enjoy and have also just finished my first house flip, done by builders. I was wondering, how come you're able to do this tiny house full time if it's for you to live in? Are you just living off the money made from previous projects? Thanks

The world is not fair. UK is one of the low income country with heavy tax. A job in the UK, take home money is only 1/3 of the same job same title in Hong Kong / Singapore. Which means, a director of a company in the UK earns the same money as a junior manger in Hong Kong / Singapore.

I followed your ig page a long long time ago. It's crazy to see how much you have grown since then! Quick question - if you were starting out from scratch again, would you consider looking for properties in London for flips?
@havesomevision

Thanks for following!!! Yeah forsure, putney still seems undervalued. U can make money anywhere just depends what price and what you buy. If adding value will add value etc. If I wwere to start over I would probanly move somewhere where house prices are way cheaper but salaries are the same. Food for thought aswell, its easier to sell to rich people than to lower income, so take that into account when picking an area. You got this📈

I love this in so many respects but please understand that American viewers are enslaves by their employers for their medical insurance benefits. We have nothing even close to the NHS. For example having a baby could cost $50,000 without employer insurance. That’s a bill direct to the mother who may be making $20,000 a year gross. Or my Father who recently spent 4 days in hospital for a respiratory infection and received d a bill for $63,000 dollars. He had employer insurance but if not would have been 100% responsible. That would have wiped out 1/2 his retirement savings. People in other countries may think America has it well off but our health care system is one of the worst in the world.

And to add to that, my personal prescription drugs for a mild case of HBP and another condition are $1,500 a month without insurance. With employer paid insurance they are $2.80. So how does one just say I’ll just quit and pursue m entrepreneurial dream and suck up such costs? It’s impossible for millions of Americans.

Basically, what you're saying is, "Unless you're willing to turn off the tv and quit going to the pub with friends wasting hours of valuable time, (and money), telling the same miserable stories every weekend, YOU are the only one to blame for your lot in life. Unless you're a spoiled trust fund brat, it WILL NOT be handed to you. If you don't know, ASK. If you can't do it, LEARN. If you can't afford it, DON'T BUY IT. You should do talks at high schools. Brilliant and BRAVO!

I suggest you install OSB flooring before adding walls. It gives a walking surface, and also, a staging area to assemble the walls. If not that, lay down OSB as temporary surface to do it. Also, I'm asking: where do you edit your videos? Can you do it from a car? Do you have house or studio space?
