I agree. I have an idea! Don’t live in a city! If there’s one thing COVID lockdowns showed us is that we don’t need to be in a corporate office to be effective. In fact, most people are way more effective and efficient working from home. If you have that kind of job of course. That being said, move out into the suburbs or an even more rural area. Property is cheaper and you generally have much more space. Your quality of life will be way better.

Two thing's. The people that can afford these are not living in small homes. The people living in small homes - like myself - actually find them impractical because they still ironically take up so much space. Especially when you live in the UK when a single bed can easily take up 1/4 of your room space. All of the presentations look fine until you realise they take place in massive bedrooms far larger than perhaps your living room.

All I can think of with the fusion pool table is Wyrmwood's gaming table. That one even comes with a magnetic slot all around the table that holds the optional cup holders, dice trays, small tables for individual players, etc. And that slot is on both in the inside and outside. And you don't even have to move the game to eat! If you decide for a pizza break, the whole game can be covered up until the food is gone, then brought back out. And did I mention that these tables are all hand-made wooden tables? Yes they are expensive, but oh so worth it. Even the 6 month waiting list is worth it.
The image of a closet with a bed somewhere is what I saw, really wanted to see what it was all about, you never showed it. I despise that kind of false advertizing.

Those who need a foldable kitchen are not going to have a stove. Of course, you'd just use tabletop burners. In most cases, I'm not actually sure where someone would put this. If they are renting out a warehouse, unfinished basement or something, then it would be great, but typically, those who don't have a kitchen wouldn't have the space to fit this, especially unfolded. Those without a kitchen sometimes barely have room for a microwave and minifridge. That one I just don't really understand.

Well, think of a room and a bathroom. You have the Murphy Bed with the table. At night you fold up the kitchen and unfold the Murphy Bed. In the morning you fold up the Murphy Bed (revealing the table) and unfold the kitchen. 2 rooms occupying the same floor space.
