No equipment is the best type of workout for me right now because I’m away from home for college and don’t have weights in my room. 20 or 30 or longer time videos are my favs. But I love your fitness videos no matter what. If u prefer using equipment that’s totally fine!! Big support for uuuuu ~ 😉

I love this workout!☺️ You did a great job👏I always do workouts with no equipment or light weights or bands, because that’s what I can do easily at home. I think it would be helpful if there would be a sound when you change a move, so we don’t have to constantly look an the screen timer. Besides I would be interred in a stretching/cool down routine. And in general thanks for your amazing videos they are really helpful for me and probably for a lot of other people too🥰

No equipment workouts are really the best cause you can do them everywhere but for me an elastic band is ok cause like it's something you can put in your bag cause it's really light but you can also do the workouts without bands. Weights are not my favorites but that's just my opinion. Also I like 10-25 minutes workouts. And I love ab, leg, butt workouts like this one ❤️❤️

Answers to the questions in your bio: 1. Yes I would like to see no equipment workouts 2. I’m okay with resistance bands 3.& 4. Yes! Invite Rhys (from dogpound) or do a workout with P. Volve 5. I’m worried that my abs will get bulky...I want toned and defined abs not a bodybuilder six pack (I have nothing against that it’s just not what I want) and i want toned and slim legs again not bulky and i’m not sure if I’m doing the right workouts for that... Yesss, the no equipment workout routine by you is super effective, tough and convenient because I work out at home. As much as I love seeing videos of you with trainers, my personal favorites are the ones where you are doing it alone and talking to us because it feels motivational ☺️ plus you have such a relaxing voice , it makes the workout a tad bit easier 🤣 And I believe that as much as feeling burn is necessary, it’s also important to feel destressed post workout.

i really like both workouts with light and no equipment! it‘s great to see some different trainers with you, they all have a different technique. I‘d absolutely love to see some p. Volve workouts, personally i‘ve been thinking about getting a subscription, but it‘s not exactly cheap, so it would be nice to see some more insights. My goals in fitness are to define my legs & glutes while not building up too much muscle, because i‘m already struggling to get the hip measurements right, so some workouts that target this area would be amazing!🥰

I'd personally like to see workouts with low weight dumbbells and resistance bands from you. I have dumbbells at home myself and I am running out of ideas to use them. Constructive criticism: Don't start the clock/workout before explaining-there were several exercises where there was a break in between which would have been a great opp to explain the next exercise------and add in transitions or when it was the halfway stich time, or the 10 second switch time, otherwise as a viewer I have to just be staring at the clock the entire time. Loved the exercises and am grateful for the video!!

try going slower and focusing on your glutes with your mind, mind muscle connection is a great way to engage your muscles. make sure youre doing the excercise in correct form

Girls , thank you for the video. I did it and it is quite good and involving. Though what I didn't like is that sometimes during last 10seconds you don't warn that now it is that moment we switch into another exercise. You'd better let us know it with some sound or warning. I don't know. But the rest is okay :)
