While bending, try to bend from hip region instead of thoracic spinal area. You will feel amazing difference in touching the toes.

Nice effort. In suryanamaskar, Just try to align the palms and leg in straight line with knee at right angle at step 5,7. That makes even a perfect posture. Acute angle of ankle and knee would increase unnecessary pressure on knee cap and inward ankle line. Not to criticize you but to add more perfection to your heartfelt efforts.

Pimples ka to pata nahi par hair problem ke liye me 6 am ko uthta tha aur yoga jese 'surya namaskar' most important, head stand,vajrasana ke 3 type,paadhastasan etc. Ase yoga karo jisse hair me blood circulation improve ho kyoki hamare baal 20 se 25 bar phir se grow kar sakta he apako lagta he ki vo tut gaye he par vaha baby hair hota he jo blood circulation se phir se normal hota he, phir khaneme to fit tuber bhai ne bataya vo, phir unka 5 worst habit of hair vale video me jo nourishment vala step he vo khas karna me 15 days me ek baar karta tha,phir har roj raat ko warm oil se massage karta tha jo most important he , junk food avoid karo , rope skipping karo phir hair massager afford kar sakte ho to vo use karo nahi to hath se bhi chalega, baalo me warm water na dalo, cold water ka istmal karo jo balo ko strong banata he, palak aur amala khub khao. Aur balayam and head ke acupuncture point se hair fall me kafi fark pad ta he overall balo me nutritious blood increase karo kuki kafi jyada chance he baal fir se grow karenge,ye sab to thik he magar mari mano to doctor se milo me to medicine afford nahi karsakta tha magar aap karsakte ho to vo pahele karo varna isse to kaam hoga magar time lagega merrko 1 saal lage pahele jese baal hone me, aapko 1 month me progress dikhegi, and don't worry sab thik ho jaega agar money he to doctor se please milo usse jaldi result milega and most important hamesa koi kaam karo aur apane baalo ko baar baar dekhna chod do kuki usse tension badega aur baal tutenge bas ye socho ki ye bas muskil vakkt he jo chala jaega bas positive raho,khush raho usse aapke baal bhi khush rahenge.

Naukasan: try to base on hips to avoid pressure on lumbar region. For this, the legs can be lifted just upto 30 degrees instead of 45-50. This enables you to lift the trunk portion much up and reduces unnecessary stress on t5 to s1
