I've noticed that the more stressed I am the worse are cramps. Exercising reduce stress in your body so may really lessen those cramps

Wow, hit the "like," button if at first you thought this was "too easy," but wound up sweating by the end of it. This is the perfect low-impact exercise that you can do in a small space. when those squats hit, I was about to pass out lol. Great workout btw, the music was energetic and I felt somewhat replenished afterwards. I Had to stop a couple of times, but there's no hurt in taking a break, as long as you keep going :)

Arms were easy. She has so many workouts that require you to hold some of your weight with your arms (plank, mountain climber, bear hold, side plank etc.) that my shoulders are pretty strong now😂 What I found tough was squatting low enough to touch the ground with my finger tips without leaning to far down with my upper body.

Coming back to this one year later! I freaking LOVE these videos as a warm up. Honestly if I don't start my workout with a dance video, I feel like my workouts aren't as effective. Some days I feel lazy and I skip cardio but I feel better 100% of the time I incorporate it. Thanks Pam for making cardio fun!

OMG! This workout of yours DID make me DRIP!!!!!!....The only workout of Pam which I completed without any breaks!! And, it would be good only till you hear these songs and start dancing in the club!!!!

By far my favorite workout! My favorite, besides the music, is the timer. Everytime I feel like I'm going to quit, all of a sudden I hear the timer motivating me to hang in there. And I'm not too coordinated when it comes to dancing, so easy to follow. I also live in an apartment and a lot of other workout videos makes you do jumping jacks, I can't have my neighbors complaining. So it's perfect!

TAKE ON ME IS MY JAM!!!!! It was so hard to not break the routine and just rock out with my own bad dance moves haha. Thanks for including it though; it definitely made me happy!

Pam, I love these dance videos!!!! They’re so fun and it’s easy to motivate myself to do them vs HIIT which can sometimes be a drag. Great to switch it up. Keep them coming. This is my new favorite. I do it almost every morning as a wake up move my body routine and then sometimes more later.
