Great feedback from these workouts and you guys seem to be loving them. So it's now time to tackle the abs with a killer ab workout
Like the others in the series , we kick off this ab workout with 3 exercises , 20 seconds on - 10 seconds rest and repeat that circuit 4 times
A quick break and drink and then we move onto another 3 ab exercises and repeat the same format for an ab torcher in just under or around 15 minutes
