Hey Roxanne! I did the May 11th combo of workouts, and used the 25 lb for the entire first workout! I've finally moved up from the 15 lb kettlebell in my upper body - woohoo! Still needed to go down the 15 lb for most of the second video, but I'm very proud of myself. Thank you for these amazing workouts!!!

Hi Roxanne, greetings from Poland!! I started my journey with kettlebells a month ago and when I found your channel I simply fell in love with your workouts!A question if I may, I want to loose 5 kg and get rid off my pouch. Is 40-50 mins of kettlebell exercises every other day enough or should I add some cardio too, like tabatha or other HIIT?

Well done! Im glad your enjoying the workouts lovely ☺️ 40-50 mins of kettlebells 4 days a week is awesome! You can absolutely add on an extra bit of cardio to some of your workouts. I would look at your daily step count and seeing if you are moving around enough in the day. Going for a walk at the end of your day will help. Diet plays an important role, making sure you have a healthy balanced diet and drinking enough water too. You could add in extra cardio if you want too, start off small and adding more if you start to plateau ☺️ You could also increase the intensity of your current workouts, increase the duration of the workout. Changes take months/years to happen, consistently and patience lovely ☺️
