Sweet baby Jesus did I feel the burn in my arms. It hurts to even pick up my phone and leave this comment. Definitely adding this to my playlist and revisiting it again. Wonderful workout. Keep up the amazing job!!

Trying this workout tomorrow...just finished the arm workout and I can't move now lol... I'm excited to work the arms and incorporate more routines. My lower body is very weak. Last January I was somewhat bedridden because I have an autoimmune disease. I've been working hard this past year from walking again to now trying strength exercises. I am a different person now. I'm worried about my lower body tho. I walk a lot, but strength Training my lower body is my fear. Because I could not get out of bed, I gained a lot of weight. I am a little over 300lbs and my legs still feel weak. I will work arms and midsection until I can reach my legs. Does that sound like a good plan? Or what exercises do you recommend that won't be so strenuous for a lower body beginner?

I don't use my kettlebells enough! Great workout. The single arm chest press was definitely a challenge.
