Cooking Directions(kadhai paneer):-
STEP 1: Heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 small chopped onion, 2 cut green chillies, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & fry, then add pureed fresh tomatoes (3 medium) & cook till oil separates, then add small cut capsicum & sauté well.
STEP 2: Add the entire MTR Kadhai Paneer Masala packet, mix well.
STEP 3: add 1 teacup water(150 ml), 200 grm paneer. Cook till gravy thickens. Serve hot.
Cooking Directions(Matar paneer):-
STEP 1: Heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 small chopped onion, 2 cut green chillies, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & fry, then add pureed fresh tomatoes (3 medium) & sauté well.
STEP 2: Add the entire MTR Mutter Paneer
Masala packet & 1 teacup (150ml) of milk, mix well.
STEP 3: Add ½ cup (100g) of boiled green peas,200g cut paneer & ½ teacup (75ml) water. Cook till gravy thickens. Serve hot.
Cooking Directions(palak paneer)
STEP 1: Heat 3 tbsp oil & 1 tbsp Butter, add 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 2 dry red chilli ,½ tsp Ginger paste, 1 cut green chilli & fry. Add 1 chopped tomato (1medium) & sauté well.
STEP 2: Add the entire MTR Palak -Paneer Masala packet with 1 cup (200g) Palak paste, mix & cook well.
STEP 3: Add 1¼ teacup (175ml) Milk and 200g cut paneer. Cook till gravy thickens.
