Hi Everyone,
Today we will be doing a short yoga nidra practice which you can do on its own or at the end of your asana practice. Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a guided meditation practice that provides deep relaxation both physically & mentally. It helps in increasing in production of endorphins or happy hormones and also helps in lowering the levels of cortisol or stress hormones.
You might need a small towel to place on your eyes. Once you are ready, let’s get going.
