15 MINUTE DUMBBELL LEG WORKOUT AT HOME
Here's a short but really intense 15 minute dumbbell leg workout that you can complete at home or in the gym! Follow along as I guide you through the whole workout letting you know exactly what's coming next by showing previews of the next exercise along with a voiceover so you don't need to keep your eyes glued to the screen.
All you'll need are two dumbbell's at a weight that you feel comfortable with and a chair. Just for reference I am using 22.5kg dumbbells but make sure to use whatever weight you feel comfortable with.
The most important thing is that you maintain good form throughout these weighted exercises so if you spot any exercises that you have never attempted before be sure so practice them with a lighter weight before attempting the full workout.
