I started out with a yoga app that would give classes anywhere from 3 to 15 mins. They weren't even nearly as strong as B&F classes, but I was already exhausted... Now I can even do a 1h B&F class 💪🏻 Most of the time, however, I don't find time for it or am too lazy/exhausted for that, and that's where these 15min classes come in 😊

Dear Flow, thanks a lot! Today I woke up tired after a having a mentally exhausting day and another few before me… I didn’t have energy at all for any yoga practice, yet I thought that 15 minutes I can at least try. And I made it through, listening to and practicing with my intention of kindness. Thanks for being such a great guide

Thank you Flo for yet another amazing flow- high vibes as you rightly put it. After this sequence, I feel like my body went through a nice warm iron box similar to ironing your fave shirt off all the wrinkles :)!
