15 MINUTE LABOR PREP PRENATAL YOGA FLOW FOR THE THIRD TRIMESTER
Hello my loves and welcome to today's prenatal yoga flow with me Laurie from LEMon Yoga. I am so happy you're here! Today I'm taking you through a 15 minute prenatal labor prep yoga flow that's suited to those of you in the late third trimester. As always, please check with your dr that this level of exercise is appropriate to you. You can always purchase a personalised recording from my website if you want something totally tailored to you! In today's video we will be preparing the body for labor by releasing and opening the hips, stretching the body and aiding relaxation. Relaxation is one of the key areas to focus on in the late third trimester as you prepare the body for labor and birth.
