38 weeks pregnant and at the middle of 37 weeks my back started to kill me and then realize that she is mainly always on my right side under my boob breached. So my right lower back is always hurting and I feel bad for the ppl.walking behind me bc I have become super slow walker.. but i will start up ur workouts again when I am all cleared. Thank you for helping me get stronger alll the way to my 9th month! Hope u have a wonderful rest of ur pregnancy!! ❤ see ya in a few months

This is an amazing workout. I’m not pregnant but being pregnant 3 times it has put a strain on my body. This is a good workout for days when I’m tired and I can’t do my more extreme workouts. Even a small workout is better than no workout. Thank you so much for your channel.

YEAH you're going to love it!! Totally personal preference on the eating before working out -- if you're experiencing any lightheadedness I recommend eating something before!

I just did this workout while following my toddler around the yard so we both could get movement and sunshine. I highly recommend it, though I'm not sure what your neighbors will think. Lol
