now he could say that, starting to make it in USA, Europe(England is apart of Europe, seemingly!), "we never change for anybody! ok, we are real rockers, we are rebels, nobody will tell us what we should do! ok, but if it wouldn't work he probably thouhgt differently. When you're the master, you can fuck off other people. This lack of humility is strange. Rock music doesn't belong to Australia, America and England( what about Scotland and Ireland?) Rock music belongs to working class. That's all!

One of the great things about AC/DC is that they never seemed to have a problem with ego. Bon was a great frontman and singer, but he never tried to hog the spotlight from Angus. They shared it. Malcolm, Cliff and Phil were content to stay in the shadows. I think that when Brian came in, Angus became a bit more of the focal point, but again, I didnt see Brian trying to take the spotlight away from Angus either. Probably one of the many reasons that they were able to keep it together for so long.

I feel blessed to have attended an AC ⚡ DC concert while Bon was still with us. At one point during the show after Bon had gotten off of the stage and Angus got on his shoulders, Angus continued playing guitar through a wireless system Bon started walking down the aisles of the concert hall. Once they got to the area where I was at, one of the security team members that were surrounding them motioned me over so I could walk with them. Fucking awesome !!! We eventually started getting to an area that was packed with people so he yelled in my ear " It's getting crowded up here, head on back ". I didn't have one problem with that. Hell, if I had wanted to ... I could have reached right out and touched either Bon or Angus. I didn't attempt it out of respect.

You're lucky I was not born back then. To be honest AC/DC I love them big time. I knew a couple of their songs. I wanted a shirt by them even though I didn't know them too much. I just liked the way the shirt looked I showed it to my ex brother then he said Hey you got one. Then he gave me the album who made who for my birthday when I turned 16. Then I listened to For Those About To Rock We Salute You. That is when they became my favorite band. Just from that one song. Which was amazing big time. Then I saw them live back in 08 when I was 16. My sister took me to go see them live.

Aerosmith must have really been on coke, heroin, everything to even consider walking out on that stage that night and say bout a year to 2 years at most REO SPEEDWAGON blew them off on the ROCKS tour, which i think most would agree definitly their best album, but sucked on that night in Columbia S.C......

I have visited Kirriemuir seven times since the unveiling of Bon's plaque in 2000 in the towns square and I get on my hands and knees every time and clean it and to think their is now a brilliant statue of Bon in Kirri that will stand there for centuries to come is fucking awesome, I'll definitely be bringing my polishing cloth and scrubbing brush the next time I visit to make sure the great man continues to shine. After going to the pub and having a few, Bon falls asleep in the front seat of his buddies truck. The friend tries in vain but he couldn't wake him up, so he went upstairs to get a blanket to throw on him and the poor guys head is tilted in such a way that he ends up suffocating on his vomit quite by accident. Yeah totally he admits as much in the book 'Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be' by Mick Wall but claims only a few odd lines were used here and there. Jeffery himself and another guy were the 2 men seen going in and 'tidying' up the place which also meant clearing out Bon's stash of dope, etc so there would be no more lurid stories in the English press for the heartbroken family and friends to have to deal with. The proof is in the pudding; Bon wrote the Back In Black album :/ Brian can't write for shit.

For those of you who complain about the interviewer in this piece, I can understand where you're coming from if you're not Australian. But for us Aussies, the interviewer is Ian "Molly" Meldrum -- an absolute legend and household name, though somewhat eccentric. He had also been a very good supporter of Bon Scott when he was in the Valentines and Fraternity back in the 60s-early 70s, that's why Bon puts up with his very dodgy interviewing technique. But the respect was mutual and they were genuinely fond of each other as people. I recommend you youtube Molly Meldrum interviewing Prince Charles, Kim Wilde and Rod Stewart. Very funny.

When I was like six years old, late seventies/early eighties, I used to come home from school, and as I was alone, because my mom would be at my grandparents house, which was about 150 feet or so from our house was, visiting, and I would be by myself, and I would crank AC/DC to the max on my parents stereo, the old kind with the big speakers, and I would just rock out! When I was a kid, fancied that I was the world’s biggest AC/DC fanatic.
