It is critical to set a proper gap on the loadcells. This is accomplished by pumping hydraulic fluid through the line and into the loadcell. As the fluid is pumped into the loadcell, it raises the piston (or diaphragm). A .025" feeler gauge is used to determine when the piston has been raised to the proper height. There are 3 gauge ports where the feeler gauge can be inserted. You want to take check the gap at all 3 ports if possible.
