I am researching the marketplace to see who would want one delivered to them? We’re offering 1378 sq feet of living space insulated with a doom roof to cut down on rolling in high winds with windmills for power, electric outlets and condenser plumbing hookups for easy use all mine will be bungalow with no chance of going higher and minimum transportation movability after its put down. Everything in the unit utilizing electricity floor radiated heat utilizing the condenser and heater cores for even heat distribution throughout the house according to thermostat. You can rent this out once you have completed your dream home or cottage. Cost will be $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 US pending on options. Will come with all appliances, electric hookups along with full plumbing and hookups. Unlike what you see here you’ll will have to order your own and because you can design your own get away, business or rebuild home at a fraction of the cost it will take up 10 weeks to receive yours. Who is interested please let us know? Once you order the unit will require half and the other half on your approval of installation. Everything will be tested and pass before sending the units and will be tested on site for your approval unless you do not have the necessary hookups installed on your property in question at the time of install. Living quarters for workers is ideal, or living, cottage, get away home choice is yours; I can’t wait to hear from you. ewsmajor@gamil.com Wil Unfortunate because of city regulations these won't pass urban areas, because permits, onsite inspections for every step of the process, plumbing, electrical, wall foundation, proper bracketing on truss, wall formations plumbing, plans need given to the cities for approval civil engineering construction. Ideal these are for small towns with limited restrictions, lake lots, forestry workers, miners, camp installation for a lot of workers or office space with road access. I'm looking for anyone interested in purchasing one of these homes and pass on the information who might be interested in saving time and money. We're hopping to have them on display in stages to show you the process but have to know if there is any interest in this before going into full production? Why do we need to know about the layout okay what if your property has trees would you like your kitchen facing the trees? What about your bedroom facing the street or lanes only you know how you want this to laid out for you therefore we get you to build your own, and you would have to build concrete structure or cement pontoons for support anyhow will take 30 - 45 days to set properly anyhow. Approximately 8 - 9 hours to setup run the testes and this would be your new home cottage or what ever you desire.

))) Not built, because "small house" is a category of "garden house" - it depends on your legislation. Thus, a small house does not have to meet the requirements of a large house and, most importantly, a high tax is not paid. Therefore, these houses must adhere to the floor plan in m2 without a veranda and balcony and must not have a floor that occupies more than a third of the floor plan. Therefore, small houses have an internal staircase to a kind of internal "porch", where they sleep, for example, etc. The attic space, if any, must not be habitable and must be low - it must not be understood as a floor for the same reason mentioned above. If you want to make turrets like in Disneyland, then only as a decoration, but you will probably come across legislation that will allow you only a flat roof, or slightly sloping. In addition, you must not exceed the maximum height of a small house. The houses on video are basically a virtue out of necessity. So made to comply with the legislation, not that it is practical or design-wise successful. That's why you only find it interesting. It is understandable that people living in these small houses cover up unfavorable legislation with artificial luxury, or by improving the usability of the space.

@@zoolanderzephyr7862 Yeah they are but you wouldn't want to live there now. I grew up in the Pontiac, MI when it was still vibrant because GM had several plants there. They are all gone as as many of the businesses that depended on their employees. Even the big mall has been torn down and there are no movie theaters left either. After the crash of 2007-2008 it went bankrupt, they got rid of their police department and contracted with the county sheriff which was already stretched thin and crime went up big time. I left and moved to a small town in Florida in 2014. Last year I watched a vid of someone going through Pontiac in their car and filming. The whole town looked dead and nearly all of the schools are closed. It was sad to see. When I was in school there were about 35,000 students. Around 2005 there was about 5000. Nowhere near that now.
