hey Mart, how's the achilles feeling?
@martmuru

Hey! It's gone better but the left heel is still painful. Could be plantar fasciitis or smth around the heel bone. It also affects the Achilles.

@@martmuru glad it's gotten better. That pain can be debilitating. Hope it completely heals for you soon. I've recently dealt with some mild plantar fasciitis since getting back on the synthetic track. Stretching my calves and hamstrings has seemed to help.

Hi Mart! Great channel! I have two questions. What was your all time PB in the 100 meters and what was your corresponding PB in the 10 meter fly during that period?
@martmuru

Hi! 10.68s. Don't know about the 10m fly. 60m PB is 6.85s.

@@martmuru When you hit those marks, what was your 30 meter fly or 50 meter fly during that time period? Or what was your all time best 30 meter fly or 50 meter fly times? Thanks for the reply!

@@gabriellucas2877 Did not measure flyings then. 30m flying was 2.83s when I ran 6.85s

@@martmuru wow that is flying. Just ran an all time best 10 meter fly at .96. Can't imagine stringing .94 for 30 meters. I wonder if you would hit a PB in your 100 if you ran it during that time. Seems like that 30 meter fly time would translate to close to a 10.5. Anyway I have had to take a break from my training due to achillies tendinopathy. Have you ever had that issue, and do you have any recommendations on how to solve it?

@FromRussiaWithLove Yep. It's almost June but the weather is like in late autumn, cold and rainy. Not good conditions for sprint training.

I'm running a lot, I myself always liked speed training, because I train fotball and use a lot, last year with little training, and I ran with tennis shoes on the asphalt 100m in 13:30 I ran that time at 13 years old, now I'm 14 I'm faster, but I'm still going to do the 100m test, you think I have the potential to be a fast athlete, my goal is to be a fast footballer

@@martmuru thank you, i'm focused on starting short sprints of 30 or 50, and coordinating exercises and pilometry, i have 173 cm for my height i will have more explosion but i still have difficulty maintaining the maximum speed i need to train this, and in your opinion calisthenics help, only exercises with body weight
