This was a great find Rick! The old radio near the beginning looked like it was from the 1960's when FM stereo was coming on the scene. Some makers made dual speaker radios before FM stereo, so it's possibly a little older. I've never seen this exact model, but I've seen many similar years ago. At 4:37, those are vacuum tubes for tube-type radios and TV's. Those typewriters are IBM Selectrics. They had interchangeable type balls to change the font. They were great typewriters. I used one at work as late as the 1990's. The place looks like a TV, radio, and electronics repair shop and the owner lived upstairs. That wasn't uncommon back in the day. As much as I would like to see more detailed video here as you would, I think it's best to trust your instincts on not returning. There was a car there when you were inside that can be seen at 13:33 to 13:40, but definitely not the same one. When the box of pills that are quite possibly prescription pills is considered, I think it would be wise not to go back. Thanks for stopping in and getting what you could! I could have spent hours in there too! Great video work! Dirk

I see you found a Hammond Organ called the "Porta B". It was used as a portable organ for gigs or just at home as a lightweight electronic organ for music in bars, clubs, weddings and so on. They are/were worth some money to resell. COOL FIND! Haven't worked on one of those in a few years, but have fixed many of those in the past. Also looked like an old Leslie speaker or two there. Looks like a Leslie model 330 there. Black cabinet with the grille cloth on the top and bottom of it. Coolest find! Another Leslie in the attic.... and looks like lots of tape recording equipment also. Obviously musically related people had this building. At 15:44 in the video, that long box with the bluish and purple switches is a Hammond "Auto-Vari 64" rhythm unit. They sold new for about $500 or so. Still worth about $200 these days in working shape. They were pretty rare too. I own one of the latest models of that unit here at my home. Great video, Rick. I would be hesitant to return also. What I would be doing is to pull public records on the place to see who owns it, and when, or if, taxes are paid on it. It will give you an idea of any activity going on there. Could have been another explorer too. The blue pills look like NAPROXEN , but surely not certain.

That looked like one of those Guitar Hero drum sets for that music video game from the early-mid 2000s, sat in one of those upstairs rooms. Along with the frame of that relatively modern bunk bed and the bright purple walls I'd say someone was still working on that place (or at least the upstairs rooms) around the mid-2000s. I remember purple bedrooms were a really popular choice for kids' bedrooms back then. Maybe someone tried to finish the upstairs but gave up

Another great explore, Rick! Was that a shower that I saw next to the sink in the downstairs bathroom? By the way, that cast iron sink dates back to the 1920s or 1930s. The toilet in that bathroom looks to be a 1950s Gerber Paul Revere. The living quarters upstairs was probably added in the 1950s or 1960s.

Interesting video. It looks like the last time somebody was living there was around 1985 (as pointed out below) and a family was living over the Auto shop, presumably the owners. They must have raised a family above that work shop. I'm guessing they must have moved out when they got old, retired and closed the business down. You could see a walking frame at one point. The decor was from an earlier time, 60's i'm guessing but some of the toys were from the 80's. Perhaps indicative of grand children. Clearly music was important to these people with all the musical equipment and keyboards etc. They were also dog owners you could see the scratches around the door. A shame to see the place unused, I wonder what happened to the people?
