I can't express enough how much I absolutely love this show/podcast! I have learned so much in the last couple of months that I discovered them and faithfully listen. I have a Bachelor's Exercise Science and certified Personal Trainer; and I feel I learn and retain so much more info from these three guys, than what I learned in school and taking that CPT test! Thank you Sal, Justin, and Adam for all y'all do!!!

Mind Pump laying out the top information out there in fitness sprinkled with the essentials like basic knowledge about Bigfoot to El Chupacabra. To learn that Adam works out at the house while his wife performs sage therapy to perform a fat exorcism while he cuts seems like a how-to book I would read.

I eat well and train hard but my sleep sucks. Been tempted to try hemp oil but so pricey if it doesn't work... It is the one supplement I have not yet tried. Also, a comment to the asker of QUAH #1: I am an active female and maintain my physique on 2500 calories. Keep in mind, I have been lifting for a long period of time and have quite a bit of muscle mass... So eat and lift on!

Currently running MAPS Asthetic. Moving into the 3rd phase I’m worried I may not have the available time to get the full workout in one session. Would I sacrifice results if I split it into 2 sessions? Before work and after work for example with a 10-12hr gap.

It's a great tip to make your body train to burn more calories by doing resistance training, it's really lot easier mentally not to always thinking about being in so and so calorie limit, and once that mental space is achieved, we can focus more on enjoying ourselves. The resistance training could really the next big thing in the world full of excessive cardio. It's an irony that now the resistance training is an outlier, where as it should have been mainstream. You guys are doing a great in fact awesome job, educating ppl with the correct information and it's free, Just wow, on second thoughts may be you guys are the "Next Big Thing" in fitness industry. And we will be like " Mindpump, yeah have been listening to them since years, how else do you think we have so much indepth knowledge abt fitness and health". Thank you

My mom told us that God told her to quit her job, pack up the family, and move to Florida. And we did... with nothing lined up for either parent. We lived there for a handful of months and moved back. When asked her why we moved back her response was "God wanted to see if we would" This was one of the worst times of my childhood and to think it was just some guy in the sky playing games with us is a little infuriating.

Oatmeal has a high chromium content relative to the amount of carbs it contains. This enhances insulin sensitivity and cellular uptake of glucose, causing less long elevated blood sugar levels. It also contains a high amount of beta glucan soluble fibre which binds a lot of water and slows down emptying rate of the stomach... ...but only go half and half with oatmeal + oat bran when you are by yourself or else you might end up smelly farting everyone around you into oblivion -.- On the plus side: you win every fart battle for all eternity leaving your victims traumatized. Seriously, my nephew is like "please don't ever fart again, I still remember and it was horrible" :D Simon from Germany says Hi :-)

I’m a skinny fat … and have 15 weeks till my trip to Hawaii , would love to feel confident in a bathing suit 👙🙄 I been going to the gym for the past three months , more active, building consistency .. goal is to build muscle , while losing body fat , to get toned and more defined 🙄

I think it's super disrespectful to keep trying to capture the Loch Ness Monster! He worked hard for 30+ years, collected his pension, and retired to a nice lakeside home. Now we keep acting like a gaggle of paparazzi following him around trying to snap a photo of him skinny dipping. Let's just leave him and Brittany alone.
