Lovely home, but I lived in one of these 15 years ago in Toronto, and these homes are so small it’s unbelievable, it’s amazing what a wide angle camera lens does when they’re producing these. For $2 million it’s almost unbelievable, gosh Wayback 350,000 was considered to be high for one of these places, Toronto real estate market is just gone berserk.

It's not the real estate market that's gone berserk. It's inflation. Buy XRP if you wanna save your life

@@danielcooper5698 very true, the old standard of using CPI to calculate inflation is an extremely poor measurement, you can only look at real estate to see where the inflation is going!

@@colors6692 well asset price inflation should have a factor in the calculation not CPI alone is what I was getting at, CPI tells only part of the story

I'm sure it's not worth the 2 million plus price tag. Prices of homes in Toronto are ridiculously overpriced

Lovely house, but I have two questions: How is it that you can have a master bedroom that has no door, no guarantee of privacy? Regarding the basement bedroom, it has no window at all. Assuming that it's a guest bedroom, will guests feel comfortable there, even for one night?

One more problem for me... when you walk up the stairs in the master bedroom tall people will have to bend down in order to enter the room which will be a bit annoying each time!

The attic isn't the Master bedroom, it's just staged as a bedroom. It's a potential entertainment room. My friend has a house with the same layout. And for the basement, I've slept in guestbedroom in the basement with no window, it's not a big deal.

@@ashleyfaminial964 I don't know about the basement, maybe for a night or two. After that, I'd feel claustrophobic. As for the attic, I didn't know that, given that it was the biggest bedroom there and had an ensuite. It might work better as an entertainment room of some sort.

In Toronto, the Building Code and by-laws require all bedrooms to have windows. This is not legally a bedroom, and any agent who identifies it as such is misrepresenting it.

Neighbors all around can see directly into the house. 😲 Look at the tacky views out of the windows here. Right into someone else’s home. 😕 How sad ...😢 Basement ceiling height is so low it barely allows for a regular door. How depressing to live in such a fishbowl. 🐠
