Forcing yourself is just going through the motions. Sure, some stuff may stick but it's twice as long for half the results. Forcing yourself and discipline are two different things. If honest desire to accomplish something is your motivation, that won't come and go, and paired with discipline will usually provide great results.
Would be very valuable if you provide a few side examples to the left/right of the word, in smaller text. Or a definition. Just to disambiguate things like "sign": a stop sign? sign here? a sign that we are ready?
@himetako5525
3 жыл бұрын
Just a small distinction I'd like to point out about some of these words: a lot of them depend on context. For example, it was stated that cold = tsumetai but that's more for the temperature of an object like someone's hands or a bottle of water. Cold can also be: samui which is more related to the temperature in the atmosphere. For beginners who are trying to commit these words to memory, these subtle distinctions can be very confusing.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not PERISH but have EVERLASTING LIFE.” John 3:16, NKJV Repent!! Jesus Christ is coming back and He wants to take you with Him! Please allow Him in your heart, He heals the broken, free’s the slaved! Please come to Him, and He will save you! “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.“ John 3:17 “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.” 1 John 4:8 GOD is LOVE! People have twisted this in every way they could, they say that God does not love them because people die, or get sick, “bad things happen to good people.” Everybody, nobody is good but God, and of course people die! This world is fallen because of satan. This life is temporary, just a couple of years before the after, forever, you chose your destination, not God. God doesn’t send people to hell they send themselves to hell! God has created a way for us to become new again, He gave us Jesus, with Him we have everlasting life in a place called Heaven where there is no fear, death, disease, where there are new fruits every month, colors you’ve never ever seen before, so much more! But people chose to take the darkness, death. You can’t expect to mock Yahweh and His Holy Name, do everything He tells you not to do, then say “wait, where is the gift?!” Come to Christ today and He will change you, like He changed me! Those commandments aren’t there for no reason, aren’t there to hurt you but to help you! He put those rules to keep you safe, that’s why when you don’t follow them bad things happen, because this is a bad world, not because of God, but because of the one who wanted to BE God, satan. Stop blaming God for your sinful actions! Instead turn to Him! He IS Love! He’s waiting, but eventually time WILL run out, so come now, please! “ For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” John 3:16 If you know God, you would know that He does not get pleasure off of your suffering! Would you like to know why I say this! Not to scare you, at all, but to warn you! There is a path that man will think is good, but actually leads to destruction, and you could be walking int that path, I know I used to. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23, NKJV “For the wages of sin is death.” Romans 6:23, NKJV Without Christ Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach, we are considered sinful! We need Jesus He Will cleans us of all our sins and make us righteous in the eyes of God! Every human being is precious in the eyes of God -- so precious that he sent his only son into the world to redeem us from sin's curse. Have a good day, take care of yourselves and stay safe!
I don't see why the words : Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Liverpool, Pakistan, marketing, microscope, leech, platypus, roof, sea lion, shadow, spatula, Sri Lanka, stapler, vulture, walrus, ugly, industry, hang etc. are essential for every beginner. About 100 words from this video are absolutely useless. This video is great though for learning the correct pronunciation of 160 words. Really essential for every beginner are: to be, to have, the pronouns (I, you, he/she, we etc), the most used verbs (to do, to go, to walk, to come, to eat, to drink, to feel good/bad etc)., the salutations (Hello, Good bye, Good night), etc. Eventually later on, you add more words to your vocabulary, including the ones in this video. For now, I don't see why I need to learn the word "spatula" since I don't even have one... or the words "Liverpool, Jordan etc) since I have never been there, never will go there most likely. Anyway the video has some useful words.

All the effort in learning Japanese language is a waste of time. Let’s talk about the big elephant in the room. Japan is located in the earthquake zone. There will be a big earthquake, and this will be followed by a big tsunami. This will completely destroy most of the Japanese islands. The few remaining northern islands will be taken over by the North Korea. So maybe it’s better to learn North Korean. How do you say goodbye in Japan..... Ah . . . Sayonara.

I'm intrigued by the "mas" at the end of Japanese words ... can you explain why the English spelling of Japanese words includes letters that are not pronounced?

I got a question. So "shop" would be kaimono o suru right. The kanji in Kaimono would be the syllable "Ka" and "Mo"?
Full of mistakes and errors, like all their other videos.

They have a podcast too, on apple podcasts. I’m going to try it out for the first time tonight, so I can learn in my sleep so I can connect neurons while the glial fluid is flushing out my brain. Hopefully it works, even if only a little bit.

huh seriously, i mean okay if you had title it 1600 japanese word to learn, but for beginner, i mean it can be helpfull but there is no context, no exemple and okay, fine, i have treasure full of word, but if i can't open it to use them with grammar, it can't be usefull japanese isn't a language that all words can be use like in other country, like 酒(Sake) that needs a お(o) before for being polite and using only sake is not well seeing, this video just is just like to exist to make views. It would be more usefull if it has more works on it Sorry for my bad english, i don't use english everyday, so sorry for your eyes

A lot of the English words are homophones, so without context, how do I know if they are taking about (for example) patient as in a person in a hospital or to wait for something. They are spelled the same way. But I'm sure the Japanese words for these are not the same.

Should the verbs in here not be "to shop" or "to drink", because there are different words used for these in the literal sense? Will confuse beginners and cause them headaches on verbs later on.
