It looked like magic to me, you poured color in and it looked like a Michigan Petosky Stone. You only saw faults, bubbles and white. You use white, you get white. Be happy, this was so cool wether it was what you tried for or not.❤

I love the top, that is so pretty. The back with the beads looks like a big blob in the middle. Maybe if you spread out the beads a bit more so it doesn't just gather in one place, same when you use the glitter.

What you got is beautiful. It may not be what you wanted or expected, but it is very nice. I would be very proud if my first attempt with a new mold came out that well. BTW: I had one minor success and one major failure today. I think with resin you get what you get.

How about putting real larimar stone(s) in the center? I've worked with larimar and it is a beautiful stone! Thank you Julie for inspiring me daily! I've had 2 spinal fusions and will have to have a 3rd. My pain has been horrific lately and watching your videos helps get me thru it. I try to get up and create something with resin, which in turn keeps me semi-sane, lol. 😜🤪🤣 So thank you!

Julie, will you try doing one with the live edge molds you have but first maybe dusting the edges with a chameleon pigment & then using some colors that match the pigments in the bloom?

Firstly, i love what you made!😊 What would happen if you put the dark colour around the edge. Then leave some whitespace, flowed by the other beautiful blue? Woukd that give more distinct blues? Or would they still blend together? I am just starting out with resin, so pardon my questions. Also, where can I purchase your moulds?

@dianeh2420

On the straight egde ive tried, they all turned out the same, white bottom, dark center, and lighter top. Could it be i poured too deep or used too dark of colors or what?? It happened that way 3 tomes so far. Help me Julie! I do love the top more than the bottom though on this one. 😂❤️🙏💯🌅
