Hey Brad do you think "Ironmind telegraph pinch grip machine" is a solid option for developing the thumb & overall the hand in general. We can easily add weights and track progress.

i personally dont think grip is worth training, and i don't track weights or progress so im probably the wrong guy to ask

@@bradgrundy512 Oh but I meant using it for "hypertrophy" of thumb and the hand in general so that it's difficult for opponents to grip up in the setup. Not talking about grip though

@@Tuff-r9x i would use a rice bucket, the bad connections you establish from the pinch grip would prob be more negative than any pros from hypertrophy

@@bradgrundy512but don't you think doing rice bucket training would more likely be an endurance drill cause generally the range for hypertrophy is 5-30 reps. Isn't it difficult to achieve failure or close to failure within this rep range

Going to as a genuine question… I’ve never faced someone using their forearm press down on me leaning back and going into my lay over their press motion down all we should do is rotate whichever your lead foot is to the left with there down press and then get lat connected with the bicep and just sit there and let the stamina drain. Or am I wrong? I really look up to you and I’m just trying to be real
