My mother didn't even tell me about menstruation, when it happened I thought I was dying, so talking about intimacy is out of the question with my desi parents haha. My brother is 20 and he doesn't even know what intimacy means between a man and woman. He saw tampons and pads in my room not too long ago and he asked why I have "mini nappies." Very awkward, I tried to explain I menstruate and he thought that meant I'm pregnant. I wish my parents would give him the talk, I know it's not in our culture to do so, but some people like my bro really need it

It seems to me like they didn't consider the case where women also can't wait to be intimate with their husbands. Yes, even virgins. I can say the same thing "I saves myself and waited such a long time, I'm so excited to finally be intimate with my man". It's natural, women, virgins or not are sexual beings and have a lot of desires. Please don't forget that you should approach your woman in the correct way. Foreplay islamically speaking is a prerequisite. And it's also a lot of fun. I wonder if men really enjoy foreplay as much as women

From 'Amru bin shuayb from his father from his grandfather the Prophet Sallalahu alaihi wa sallam said when one of you marries a woman or a servant, he should say: "Allahumma innee as aluka khairaha wa khaira ma jabaltaha 'alay ,wa 'audhubika min sharriha wa sharra ma jabaltaha 'alay"

The reason why desi people cry a lot more at a wedding is because that culture encourages the women to cut connections with her family when she's married. And if she's not ready to do that then the man and her in laws will force the disconnection. Then bada bing bada boom, a hierarchy is formed where the man's family is considered higher than the women's family, where more respect is given to the groom's family than the bride's. And this is all considered a part of the marriage and a woman's life. I feel sorry for the desi women I see but at the same time it's ridiculous.

When using the washroom avoid looking at the private parts can lead to sin. In islam do other things like reading Quran praying the 5 prayer with sunnah act’s, when ever u feel aroused then u should pray 2 rakat. Lastly listen to people online talking about hellfire and read surahs in the Quran that talk about hellfire. Ask Allah swt to help and there u go. Lastly again don’t go outside for unnecessary reasons playing sports is good when opposite gender is not there. Hope that helped Asslamu alyakum

This was much needed, please see if this topic can be covered by Urdu-speaking brothers in Dawah too; there's loads of men who need to hear this. JazakAllahu Khayeeran Kaseera for bringing up such an important topic and educating the brothers on this. I hope and pray all desi men get to hear this before they get married. It seems like most of them have only listened to scholars telling the Hadith of angels spending the night cursing a woman if she refuses for sexual intimacy with her husband. It's about time they learn about the 'manners' of approaching their arranged-marriage-wife as a 'partner' they have to love and spend their life with and not just a body that they get on the wedding night with the intention of getting their legal islamic sexual 'rights' in an inhumane and insensitive way.
