I have a 39 I'm trying to get back on the road. I learned a lot watching this video. I just got the water pump kit. Have to check oil in my shocks. And a bunch of little things. Thanks for the awesome video

My father used to buy and sell antique cars in the 60s thru the 80s we had a 39 Buick just like that. It definately ignites memories of going to car shows and car meets in those old cars. I have many photos of those cars.

Glad to see you got the old girl going down the road, I also have a 1939 Buick special, took her out for her maiden voyage after sitting in a barn for 44 years!! Still needs some TLC as they all do.😎👍🏼

I enjoyed the video. Thanks for it. Congrats on the first drive! I was always partial to Fords. Sad you sold the Galaxie. My first car was my parents old 1963 Thunderbird. I have had many Tbirds, Galaxies, Mercurys and Lincolns to play with over the years. I drive a Cougar now, A few years back I watched your video on how to change Galaxie turn signal switch. I was changing the switch in my '63 Monterey at the time, That's how I discovered your channel. I noticed your channel has a new name.

I have a 39 special. Was a bit of a basket case when I got it. Was wondering where the oil pressure line hooks up on the engine. I have no oil filter.... also I have no idea where to connect the temp gauge on the motor. I just have a broken line hanging out the fire wall. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the awesome videos

1951 Plymouth Concord 2 Dr sedan bought when I was 12 for $12.50. I started trying to restore in 1990, but 3 kids later and college tuition and I still never drove on the road legally. Maybe after retirement I'll get it finished.

Wow! What a price. I hope you find time to finish it, and now you have 3 helpers on the project it should go pretty quick. Cheers!

Use Comet or Ajax powdered cleaner on those white walls. They will clean right up.

I'm a bit stumped on my 39. It has 6 lug wheels. Trying to figure out why lol

I think only the Chevys had 6 lug wheels, so perhaps someone swapped the axles and hubs?... good luck.
