Les Paul & Mary Ford’s iconic arrangement was still more than a decade away when “How High The Moon” first appeared on the scene via the musical revue “Two For The Show,” which included among the cast Alfred Drake, Betty Hutton, Richard Haydn, Eve Arden, and Keenan Wynn.
