We had Johnny Poppers,,Ford 2000's and an old Porsche Tractor,,as well. It was our family's Dairy Farm in Delhi N.Y.,,next town over from Oneonta. Grandpa had 900 acres with 500 head milked twice a day...We broke our backs on that farm,,spreading manure,,baleing hay,,cleaning the barn,,running the milk room. We'd usually fill 2 8000 gallon tractor trailers full of milk,,brought into Margretville to drop at the dairy...That BEAUTIFUL stainless steel milk room was always soooo shiny and clean. The health inspector from Oneonta loved coming to see Grandpa,,because Pop Pop was a STICKLER for cleanliness. I'm now in my 60's,,and the farm's LONG GONE,,,as BIG BUSINESS KILLED THE INDEPENDENT FARMER..but we HAD FUN. We worked HARD,,slept GOOD,,ate the BEST BEEF and Freshest Veggies from Grandma's garden. AND our 2 JOHN DEERE'S,,our FORDS,,and that Old Porsche got us through each and every day...WELL,,I've just reminisced by babbling and typing!!! I've got a little tear in my eyes...Thanks for reading my Rant,,and GOD BLESS YOU ALL❤❤
