Those new lower side moldings are what sold me.! They're keen!

My father worked for Jim Moran's Courtesy Ford in Chicago. If you've ever seen the TV series M-Squad, starring Lee Marvin, they used one of their 1958 Ford demos, with dealer license plate DL 29, in an episode.

I had a '57 Fairlane. I think the '58 Ford, like just about every other car made in 1958, got heavier, chromier, and just less attractive. Quad lights and poured on chrome signaled a big change from lighter, smoother lines. The '58 Thunderbird, for example, is just a nightmare - especially when compared to the '57.

I understand the roof ridges made the roof sturdier, but I approved more of the '57 than the '58!

TV programs are just "filler" for commercials. I counted 17 commercials between a TV episode. By the time you get back to the movie, you have forgotten what is was about. Most of my TV viewing is cable. and DVDs.
