all the comments below are a year old, but will add to them. I have 1962 Imperial Crown 4dr hdtp. Been in storage for 30 years is still in good condition. Paid $2300 for it.

I wonder if those rims are original. I have to admit doing donuts on the snow in full size cars is fun but atleast someone should do some rust repair on that vehicle.

1)They shouldn't be driving a classic IMPERIAL Crown Coupe in winter snow. 2) It should be taken inside ,AND put on blocks until the owner can do a complete restoration , and taken out of winter weather FOREVER . 3) They should STOP calling it a "Chrysler" because it is NOT . Wanna know if your IMPERIAL is a Chrysler or not ? Check the VIN NUMBER. All Chrysler models (300, New Yorker, Newport, ETC) carry the letter "C" under the "MAKE" designation in your VIN number. IMPERIAL does NOT. All IMPERIAL models (Custom, Crown, Le Baron) have a "Y" make code in their VIN numbers. If the IMPERIAL was a "Chrysler" , it too would have the "C" make code designating it as one , but it DOES NOT. Thus , the IMPERIAL is NOT a "Chrysler" , but is a SEPARATE MAKE.

That shares no body or chassis parts at all, only the top of the line engine and trans from Chrysler.

So depressing that this car is from a bygone era. Can't they make a car today that has character, has all the safety/power features of modern cars and actually sells well? Nope. No chrome, no fins, no sweet looking taillights and turn signals.... Just boring stuff.

That IMPERIAL needs to be taken out of winter weather FOREVER, and given an extensive RESTORAL . IMPERIALS are rare cars ...(especially a 1959 model) too rare to be left to rust away in salt and snow !!!
