Way to grind it out! Most lifters have no idea how difficult this is, because they never do front squats. Very impressive!

50 years old here stated to do Fsquats again have not done it for 10 years now at 315 it's pretty good

Impressive man, I did 100kg for one and it was hard AF. Do you specialise in FS or you are doing them on / off.

hate front squats-not sure whether its hip flexibilty-but back squats is fine
