The original paint combination was Arctic White over Chalet Blue. Both the 1960 and 1961 Buicks had the Mirromagic speedometer which was a mirror that could be rotated. There were four different series in 1960: LeSabre, Invicta, Electra (this car), and Electra 225 (convertible had standard rear fenders but both sedans had extended rear fenders and rear decks and much fancier interior upholstery).

I love the roof design on that it gives like a a shady spot for the people in the backseat like a sun visor roof. MR WELSH

That engine is running way too slow at idle. You can actually damage the electrical system and the engine if it is not running at least between 600 to 800 rpms. It will actually damage the generator also and will not put out enough voltage to keep the battery even at a level charge.

Correct idle is 500 rpm; with A/C 550.

turn the wipers on with ignition on (running best) or when driving, one '59 took almost an hour before the wipers took off. Still have 4 with this wiper system (all of GM) once going, they may take awhile to shut off also, use at least once a month, my '60 Electra vista roof only took about 15 minutes for wipers to work, the interior was still nice, paint, same light blue on whole car buffed like new.

the hose under the car is the under seat heater, believe '60 was last year, a second, under dash was for defroster, my 60 had full power, a/c, headlight dimmer and automatic on/off

Thats a vacuum reservoir for the power brakes and vacuum accs.

Pity the old radio doesn't work but all is not lost. If you want to have a go at repairing the radio, I suggest go on an online course organised by Ray of the Radio Workshop (based in Worthing south of England)

That car was hit in the left rear, at some point. Full of Bondo on top of the fin.
