thank you.....i learned that the presenter needs to keep their opinion out of documentaries........i will do that on my other channel if i feel the need....never on this channel again.......its not fair to the fighters to deviate from them and how the information was presented then......i worked on it and learned to just lay out the information and back up my words with proof and documentation.......i received some information from a few others who have done heavy research......and my only job is to place the information out there and thats where it ends......im glad that someone noticed.....i cant take back my earlier work.....but its a new day over here......the presenter should never bring forth their opinions in documentaries......i was not around in the 1960s and cannot relate to the times and even if i could i am to never place my opinion in these documentaries because its very selfish and brings flaws to my research

For me Ali was at his best intellectualizing with a reporter. He actually was once on Firing Line with Bill Buckley. When Ali is raising his voice he can get annoying and its a bit uncomfortable. I think when he was first on the scene he was really good with his poetry and wit. But it got old as the years went on and then he was downright mean to Joe Frazier. Frazier didn't deserve any of that and I found it very sad. Plus those 3 fights didn't need any of the hype. But overall Ali is an amazing human being and fighter and I think he had a good heart. Finally I just want to say how amazing this channel is for getting such rare footage. One of the best docs Iv ever seen!

I was a little too young in '64, to understand this fight but as I grew, it only added admiration to the list of tributes I felt towards Muhammad. Liston led a sad life, but he WAS a coward. Witness Ali, in the 5th or 6th round after Liston dosed his eyes with an irritating liniment or cream and he was basically blinded. At this stage,( and he had 3 minutes to do it), Liston could have just whaled on Muhammad, but he was still too afraid; especially after Ali got in some great shots, early rounds. Ali...What an impressive human.

This is like a special edition magazine and VCR tape video rolled into one. Took me four days to watch it all because I was pausing and doing lots of reading along the way. Reading and lisening is a lost art and skill of today. Sir Blood, salute my Brotha.

Some fantastic footage I've previously seen some of it, but definitely not all you have gathered. Listened to this fight on Grandad's floor model RCA radio. I lived in Portland Maine so the rematch in Lewiston Maine was extremely exciting regardless we again listened on the old floor model RCA ! We had plenty of news print to read and collect. I was 7 years old at the time and Clay changing his name to Muhammad Ali was a bit confusing for me to understand unfortunately none of the adults in my life at the time likely understood it either, but that's another era . I recall Grandad talking about the size of Sonny Listons fists thinking Clay didn't have a chance hence I cheered for Clay , we ofen did that, choose different sides so one of us would go to bed happy, haha. Obviously I became a great fan of Mohammed Ali... RIP The Greatest of my time in many ways not simply boxing. Fantastic documentary greatly appreciated.

Amazing and thorough presentation. I consider myself to be nearly an expert on the life of Muhammad Ali and am blown away by how well done this is. My only gripe is the fact that the presenter misuses two words and this error was repeated multiple times. Naturally, now that I am actually writing a comment, I cannot recall what the two words are. I will list them when they are misused again. Still, overall, this is a tremendous effort. A+.
