I don't now how rare this van is but I have never seen one. And the motor that is laying in the back I believe is a slant 6 out of a dodge now that I look at it. Thanks to all who watch the videos.
I used to have one of these vans , a 69 with the 307 ci small block . It had a 3 speed transmission also . It was a cool van , a friend of mine also had one but it was a 70 model , virtually identical . Mine was a pannel van like the one in the video , also white . One thing about this type of van is they don't like snow , they can get stuck on a snowflake . Good Times !

She could be a beaut! My pops had a 68 108 when I was a kid in the 80’s. 350, 3 on the tree with 4.11’s polished slot mags. Can that one still be bought? Interested.

Not correct. This is a 1969, not a 1970 model year with the VIN for the win: G for G Series van, S for six-cylinder gasoline engine equipped, 1 for 1/2 ton, 5 for panel van, 9 for 1969 model year, P for Pontiac, MI assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The Pontiac Truck and Bus facility operated from about 1908 to 2008 and was also called "Pontiac West Assembly". Should be code 521 White exterior paint if that's what it was originally.
