I enjoy Mullet Mobiles....We are currently putting a 69 SS 396 M22 A/C Car done in Garnet Red with black racing stripes. She's 95 percent done we still have some odds and ends to finish up as well as the Vinal top. Idk if I want to tackle that or not or let a Pro do it lol. We also have a 72 that needs to be completed as well. If you need any parts for Yours let me know we have Tons of 68 to 72 Elco and A body Stuff or of your looking for another Elco the 69 and 72 are goin up for sale.

36:00 seat removal, on those I always remove the seat backs, while still in the car, its simple 2 Philips screws, and a bushing clip on the axis post, and the seat backs lift out easy.... then the lower seat portion is half as heavy and 4 bolts, slides out real easy.

After restore, put the seat back in the same way... lower potion first, bolt down, then install the seat backs.. A lot less hassle and easier on the back. ((COVER your new paint on the door sills before sliding the seat back in.))

GEEZUS clips .. that's what we call those clips on the window cranks ..because when one of those clips gets launched across the shop , someone always yells " GEEZUS ! " and then the search for the stinky clip begins 😏😋 😇❤

Great video it lets me know what I'm heading for on the improvements to my interior. By the way I have the same Color interior and I really like it, it's not faded like yours.

If yours isn't faded, it wouldn't be bad, ours is past the usable point for sure! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for posting! Hopefully this gives those new to the sport of "restoring" or rebuilding 50+ year olds a true appreciation of the asking prices once covered with pretty paint, new wheels/rubber, interior and re-energization under the hood. Not only COST for replacement parts, but the time in hours/days/weeks/months needed for demo, cleaning and prepping. I will never "get my money/time back" for my A body projects, but I did them for MY ENJOYMENT only, not to please a nit picky lazy whiner.

I wish the plan was fully formed, but we are making some of it up as we go along. Basically gonna be a restomod, working on getting an LS powertrain. I'll keep you folks informed as we move along. Thanks for watching!
