Sweet ride! My parents had a '69. It was red, but the trunk area was black, with black interior, and power everything. I miss that car

@@tobycleo well it wasn't quite like that. Dad got the car on a trade. All 6 of us could ride in the car comfortably back then. Our only other transportation was his '68 C-10....and it was crowded when the 6 of us had to pile up in the cab!

I'm 62 in 2021 and my friend's uncle had one and we were given the keys to sit in it and listen to the radio. I remember those great days in late '69/early 70 when the car smelled new. It too was red on red with the flat black rear sweep. It was a large car but the hi-comp 429 had no problem moving it. As I recall the sound system wasn't too shabby either ! Cheers.

Almost the same here except ours had the red interior just like the brochure car. I talked them into it because it was going to be my hand me down. When the time came, they reneged then sold it while I was away at college. Boy, do I miss it. Had I gotten it, I probably would still have it.

It looks like a very mysterious car. It just seems as though it’s going to explode any minute! It’s very spooky as well. In fact, it looks very creepy. Maybe it’s haunted too. I get goose bumps, just looking at it. But it surely looks very nice. What a beautiful car! Probably a 428 Cleveland. I also like the Mercury Marquis. I could just go on listening to some Spencer Davis Group, with the speakers and the windows wide opened, while I’m driving around the block, inside of this car, trying to impress the girls and the neighbors. Thank you very much, for this nice demonstration. Johnny, Montréal, Canada!

The Cleveland was 302 (Australia) or 351 cubic inch. It didn't appear until 1970. The 69 and 70 models were a 390 FE or 429/385 series big block Ford. There was a 428 FE engine.

I started oldest at Lincoln Continental have courtesy door lights only back doors in the 80s. It in the 90s, Lincoln Town Car finally put door courtesy lights on their back doors

Estupendo video!
