Awesome job on the foxy box fan I always paint my bodies whether it's a car or a pickup or a van last because I'm always test fitting everything to make sure everything is going together okay the interior that you painted all one color I think I would have painted the dash and the dog house a little bit darker color brown including the seats also a little more contrast to it then just all one color the wheels and tires turned out awesome the whole thing was a pretty nice looking van gives me some ideas what I wanted to do oh and one other thing for the interior I would have painted the inside of the van the same color or a little bit darker brown color

Louie, I really enjoy your channel watching your reviews and build videos, you really make the hobby a lot of fun that it is and its real gratifying! I had the original issue Foxy Box but is long gone. Its a good looking mid 70s Chevy van. You did a real good build on this one, I like the slight changes you did to it changing the tires to make it look better. Great color choice on the model👍 You can find the Testors regular spray can line up and the Extreme colors at all Hobby Lobby stores. They still keep them in stock. Just the labeling on the Extreme paint cans have changed

Great build, it looks awesome! I'd be tempted to cut out the doghouse so that engine can be seen... Lol! According to advertisements that is a 1975 van.

My first ride was dad’s 73 Chevy Malibu wagon! In luxurious brown! Big ol’ 350. A great solid ride that I didn’t take great care of. It was very solid like a tank.

Great build Louie. The brown metallic color fit perfectly with the 70's era. I also liked the white letter tires detail and spraying them flat clear gave the rubber look. Could have the opening hood that was offered be converted to a sun visor? What's next?

I'm interested that on this build you don't seem use decal softening or setting solution. Do you not think that they help to get the decals to conform over the contours of the body? I have to say that the decals look fine anyway.

Just found your channel, excellent build! Newbie question here, what were you spraying before the paint? Was that a primer? Thanks and keep up the good work!
@TheAutisticModeler

Yes, you are correct. I use a inexpensive primer under the paint to help seal it in. Thanks for watching!!!

The green cement is super quick setting and the orange is a bit slower and thicker.
