My uncle had a brand new '71 like this but with the hubcaps. My sisters and I thought it was the coolest car we had ever seen.

The most collectable of all the Celicas and one of the most collectable of all Toyotas. Those bumper guards have to go and that engine needs some work. Awesome job on the paint and finish.

I had one of these! It was baby blue and I had it painted black. Got it from the used car lot I worked at in Texas City Texas. It had 50k miles on it. Paid $1200 for it in 1978. Drove it beyond 180k, but I don’t know how much more because the odometer broke. I estimate 220k. I needed a work truck and traded it in. Worst mistake of my life. I knew every nut and bolt on that car because I replaced or repaired almost every bit of it! The only thing that I didn’t get into was the engine block.

I was driving one back in 1972. Can you tell me where I can get this model from or the supplier?
