It is really very sad and tragic death. People do not think about that much. He wanted to reach his goal and he had children to grow up. His mother, sister and brothers. Poor Linda. That's true. Bruce lee worshippers don't even accept truth that he didnt have a rank of master in the martial arts. They dont know that he didnt accomplish any official martial art before creating his Jeet kune do. Even today people without black belts in legit martial arts can create any style of martial arts, register business, and teach people like bruce lee did and students will believe that their teacher is a master especially if he is very successful actor.

In July 1973, the world mourned the death of Bruce Lee. The martial arts master and creator of Jeet Kune Do and soon-to-be Hollywood legend was only 32. He left behind a wife, two children, and an influence that continued to expand around the globe. Lee had a massive following in Asia at the time of his death, but he also built a life in America with his wife, Linda, that included a circle of celebrity friends. One of those friends was Steve McQueen. Bruce Lee’s funeral service in Hong Kong attracted more than 15,000 mourners. Hundreds of police formed a human chain to hold back the crowds. As the hearse containing his body departed, “Bruce’s fans went wild with grief, “Old men wept, young girls fainted, and many people were hospitalized for shock and minor injuries.” At the time of his death in 1973, Lee was the most popular actor - arguably the most popular person - in Asia. He was 32 years old, handsome, charismatic and a martial-arts expert whose movies “Fist of Fury,” “Way of the Dragon” and “Enter the Dragon” were international hits. But in the U.S., “Enter the Dragon” hadn’t been released and Lee was best known as Kato on “The Green Hornet,” a TV series that was canceled after one season. His widow, Linda Lee, chose to have her husband buried in Seattle, her hometown and the place where she first saw Lee when he gave a lecture on Chinese philosophy at Garfield High School. Many people dedicate their lives to actualizing a concept of what they should be like, rather than actualizing themselves. This difference between self-actualization and self-image actualization is very important. Most people live only for their image. Truly a remarkable video, I never saw the complete funeral of Bruce Lee I remember back when I was a teenager in 1985 in Southern California I owned a VHS tape called Bruce Lee the man the myth and on this tape it showed just little tidbits of the funeral but I never got to see the entire funeral, I really appreciate the trouble you went through to post this video for all of us to enjoy, truly a sad video

I’ve seen this documentary so many times which never gets old & BY FAR, this is the best quality ever done! This one is so so ultra clear . Brings extra tears actually. So many Chinese & Hollywood stars throughout the entire funeral. Kudos to the one who transformed this original black & white foggy videos into such modern day colored video. This one is worth watching over & over . Brings back many childhood memories along with extra tears. Bruce was indeed my childhood idol & still my adulthood idol. RIP….

I remember when this happened. I was 13,,the whole world was stunned,,because of his age,,plus he was an international star,,the boys in our class were mimicking Mr. LEE,,they wanted to be like him,,my brothers went to see him movies at the theater,,he was young and he had the whole world in his hands..one heck of an martial artist,,there can be no one like him,,they've tried,,but no one close to him..RIP,, Bruce..you were loved from allover the world..❤❤❤❤
