I was lucky- growing up one of my neighbor's had "his and hers" Europa JPS's in the driveway. Further up the street were 3 TR250 and a TR6. Needless to say I bought my first Triumph in 1982 , a 1968 Spitfire.

I had two of them and I must say, the most fun driving of all time. But love hate car. They broke once a week. I drove from Tahoe to Sacramento and never went under 100 until the carburetor screws came out and I had to stop to install the two screws I found on the manifold. Two out of the four. I have many break down stories. But if you want a go cart for the street, then this is it. I do miss them.

Looks very similar colour to mine know as regency red, is maroon the official name. Very nice idle, is it still on standard distributor.

My best friends dad had a Europa when I was in grade school, It was Lotus Yellow. It was always broken, constant electrical issues. He attempted to commit insurance fraud by leaving the keys in it in a bad part of town, but when he came back it was still there; it wouldn't start of course.

Beautiful. Brings back fun memories. I had a '73 JPS Europa many years ago. Admittedly it wasn't as nice as this one.

I remember as a high school kid in '73 that car being the bees knees. Still is.
