Great bike! !!! My dad had a 1975 enduro. It was an AMF though. I would LOVE to be able to get one if I could find one that runs just to keep for memories. I rode it when I was about 15 on the dirt trails and beat it up quite a bit and then my parents just put it out in the TRASH when it stopped running. Uhgggg I wish I could have it back now.

I had the 76 SS 125, spitting image except for the seat and taillight as you explain, and the 125 has the ignition where your tacho is. Took it up to 90 mph on a country gravel road, I weighed maybe 120, age 13 then, heavy vibration so I went to foam grips as well. I stripped it down rehabbed it, put on a flat bar, painted all the chrome black, was a good project for the 16 year old I was then. Thanks for posting this!

I have been jumping on ebay and searching for parts...Its really a waiting game for good deals. If you have a part catalog you can type #'s in ebay and you'll find some expensive oem stuff.

You got it right on the head. Some of the parts-bin transtional year bikes (HD-Cagiva) are pretty neat. Lots of the updated Cagiva parts, with HD graphics.

Why do you kick-start with your left foot? If you do it properly, it should start on the first kick!

The oil is pumped from a tank that is underneath the gas tank, to a injection pump behind the front chain sprocket. This pump is driven by a gearshaft connected to the primary gears. The oil then leaves the pump and goes to an orifice jet in the intake port. The amount of oil is regulated by the throttle position. The throttle cable splits midway, one end going to the pump, the other to the carburetor
