Week 16 of the Improbability Archive sees the Irish Premiere of Serious Money - Caryl Churchill’s bold, stylish, ingenious satire on the London stock exchange, yuppie culture, Thatcherism, and capitalism in general.
The show played in the Project Arts Centre for Dublin Theatre Festival. The backdrop of the economic sinkhole that was Dublin in the 1980s was a perfect environment for this portrayal of the corrupt-yet-glamorous mega rich.
