Believe it or not it could be the engine coolant temperature sensor giving the ECU a false reading putting it into limp mode

Had that issue with my old freighliner it will shut off on the highway I'll put it on neutral while in motion and will restart the engine to keep moving and drive out to a safe location

Had this happen to my bronco. It's ECU .. gone bad. Took 3 months to figure it out.

I have the exact same problem on my 1991 Bronco. Good spark confirmed at the plugs. Engine turns over easy, but will not start.

Its the modulator on the distributor. I changed the whole thing

It was the distributor. I changed it.

Im having the same problem on my 91 bronco 351 it cranks ,gets spark ,fuel i changed the module ,distributor ,did the timing chain ,fuel pump working ,relays im lost only two things left is ecm and crank sensor smh
