In this video I take you through the dreaded blend door foam repair on 1997-2004 Porsche Boxster 986 and Porsche 911 996. This method gives you access to both blend doors. It's not as bad as I thought and you will see exactly how to do it should you decide to give it a try. Big thanks to Kurt for sacrificing his hand to get every bit of foam off of the blend doors. Kurt did the repair on this one, I was simply flashlight guy : )
