Unfortunately I was the poor kid and didn't have a computer and can remember using my friends computer but had no idea how to do anything, it was embarrassing but luckily my friends were not judgemental and I think they felt bad knowing what my home life was like , I think I fed and taken care of by my friends and there parents for most of my young life, the days I spent at home would cause me to get those crazy loud stomach growls that I learned to control by making stomach muscles but it was still distracting. I think the worst thing is that none of the teachers or adults who knew about my deeply disturbing home life and the abuse and neglect , did absolutely nothing to help. It was a different world back then. Idk why I'm even saying this. Maybe because it was the 90's idk.

This was really good and well written, though it might actually be the first story I would describe as TOO descriptive. It makes perfect sense of course as the main character explained how her memory works, so it wasn't jarring or out of place, just a little off putting at times; some of the descriptions seemed like way too much detail for the intensity of the circumstances. But it was enjoyable overall and I hope this author goes on to great things! This would make an awesome horror anthology episode!! Absolutely well done!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

👏 👏👏 Ahh yes, there it is; That bittersweet, yet oddly satisfied feel enjoyed when any veteran KZitem lurker rushes to the comment section to express what’s first believed to be an opinion or critique of their own, only to find a recent comment expressing that exact same opinion or critique, and alas; Have been beaten, to the punch... TLDR; Nice comment bro, I had the same thoughts while listening to this story. A lot of great imagery and expository description, but at times certainly overdone, a few places deffo had been better off with more direct action by employing simpler explanations with one or two adverbs, in place of those paragraph long asides used just to convey, for example, how much pain one of the protagonists injuries gave him, haha TLDR; TLDR; I’m obviously a huge faggot, please violently rape my face.

@@bigmateria2871 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nah you're good, I see I should have left it to the professionals! Very well said!! I like that he did establish the depth of her memory from the beginning, which helped tremendously, but still it could have been less. Fantastic story though, haven't gotten chills from a Mr. Creeps story in a while! I usually rely on The Dark Somnium or Romnex or Big Daddy Stone for that, so this was a pleasant experience!

Man, I get that she remembers everything, but it makes for an incredibly slow and boring listen to hear all that stuff. I’m at the part where she’s describing some pond and I’m struggling to not turn it off. Giving it like two more mins to get to the point a little. I was excited when I started hearing the premise, but telling us about random crap from third grade and such over and over and over is not interesting. Sorry to be blunt, hoping it’s taken as constructive criticism should the author read this.

3/10. Not only is this a flashback story, something I've complained about in the past. Because 1. if it's a flashback, we all know at the very beginning the mc makes it out of whatever threat they experience. I can't stand flashbacks even in anime. And 2. There's too much back story and descriptions, and not enough actual story. Literally 90% of this creepypasta was descriptions of the mc, her history, and the creature. The 10% of the actual story couldve been condensed into a 15-20 minute narration. Im sorry but this was just bad. Where are the stories like the midnight paper? That one was 100/10

it's not quite to the same level as this character, but I have extremely good memory (like I can still recall things that happened on my first day of preschool, even if not every detail of the entire day, and I'm in my early 30s now), and while I've never been attacked by some kind of paranormal monster, I have suffered trauma at the hands of human monsters, and unfortunately, yeah, it really is harder to get over trauma when you can essentially remember exactly how it all felt, when you still strongly associate innocent things with the incident because they were in the environment at the time (like I feel uncomfortable with anything to with the show Rugrats, not because of any content in the show but because it happened to be on in the other room when...something really bad happened to me when I was 8, it's always really hard to explain this to people, especially since I want to think about it as little as possible ), etc. On a more mundane level, there's also just the fact that I can vividly remember so many stupid, embarrassing moments in my life that most people just forget and get over, but I'm just doomed to recollect the cringe forever and ever.
