Bedankt LeFrez! Het is een perfecte video voor dat ik met de reparatie begin. Onderdeel is besteld. Groetjes uit Nederland.

I have the same issue on my peugeot boxer 2001 that looks very similar but turns out the heater matrix is burried into a massive black box that requires taking the whole dashboard out to access…

Jeeze , brings back memories . I've recently just completely rebuilt my cooling system on exactly the same motor . The only original parts are the engine , and cooling fans . Some parts were a doodle to source , others a real bitch , much of them from Europe , took 13 months in total . Bit i'm Interested in , is the join in your vacuum pipe , just below the master cylinder . I've just removed a similar join , that was basically redundant . Best i can tell , it appeared to connect to the blue cylinder mounted up next to your expansion bottle . Now if my figuring is correct , i'm guessing it's an early vacuum cruise control . I've only ever seen pictures of these systems , and the shape looks about right . My figuring is , my van also once had a vacuum system , which has since been replaced with it's current electric system . As your van also has this join , can you confirm that assumption for me ?

I was in Spain at the time and bought it from www.mister-auto.es -- I believe they have webshops in other countries too. It is made by Valeo and their part number for it is 812141 - I hope this helps.
