In Armenia, the lucrative transport mini bus lines are divided amongst the country's leadership and are untouchable by the police. Armenia's police are also known to run the traffic department like a personal business and most often look to receive a quick bribe upon pulling drivers over. In this case a mini bus had made a stop in an illegal area to pick up a passenger and hand waved to this subject car to make a right turn. After making a right turn onto Khanjian street, these cops without having a view to see what took place during the right turn, pull the driver over and fine him by claiming that he did not yield to a transport mini bus before making a right turn. After refusing to sign the ticket in this video, the police took the subject car's driver's license without giving him a temporary license to drive on, and they drove off.
