Was the second bedroom small? It looked very small in the video. Also, is there any unenclosed space included in the square footage?

Yes, to answer your question. The second bedroom is more like a office size. Cheers Rich

Richard, love your videos, you're an adorable man! I have 2 questions for you: 1. I have heard that you cannot flush toilet paper in Mexico? Is this true of the Lake Chapala area? 2. Do these homes have very limited hot water for showering? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!

To answer your questions. 1. It really comes down to the type of waste system you have in the house and if you are on septic or municipal waste mainline. Older homes tend to have smaller sewer pipes, this create blockages. Not to get to detailed on you. Long winded answer! Made short, I still flush.

2. Most homes have good biolers to get sufficient hot water for you needs. Cheers Rich

Love this place and the incredible views. I have to say that I am turned off a little by the fact that the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling in the round house. That just seems like such a bad idea, considering this was designed by an architect as his actual home. Other than that, it's a unique and gorgeous space and I love that it's a corner lot in a beautiful area.

Frequently they build the walls like this because the house wasn't designed to have Central Air Conditioning so it's a way to keep the temperature cool in the house while allowing the heat to rise out of the rooms. Many houses in Puerto Rico are designed the same too. The first time I saw this I was very confused.

That is correct. Since then the current owners have invested in to property. A new covered carport for access directly in to the main house. , laundry hock, electric gates and new door. The market also went up with supply and demand, as it did in many areas of the US. Cheers Rich
